Mate/Crush/Pups?; If so, who? If not, just put 'N/A', or 'TBD' (to be decided), etc.

Physical Description; At least three or four sentences of physical description! ;]

Personality; At least three or four sentences of personality description!

History; This is NOT optional. Where did they live before they were genetically altered?, Any bad experiences in the past that come into play with their personality?, Etc.

Roleplay Example; Not optional, please roleplay as the character in this form, just to give a little example, three to four sentences, please.
